We encourage camaraderie through public service. If a First Weber office organizes a group fundraising effort for a qualifying 501(c)(3) organization, the First Weber Foundation will match up to $1,500 to amplify the project's effect in the community.

The First Weber Foundation is proud to match support from our agents and staff for non-profit groups throughout the state of Wisconsin. Our primary areas of focus are housing, shelter, & energy assistance, and we also support non-profit organizations that First Weber agents & employees are passionate about & involved in, such as medical research and funding, the arts, environmental causes, programming for youth and families, assistance for veterans, mental health and schools and universities.
The First Weber Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
Matching Gifts Program
We also will match donations of $50 or more made by eligible First Weber Employees or Agents, with certain restrictions.
