Nancy K Smith was named Executive Director of the First Weber Foundation. Smith has been associated with First Weber for more than 20 years, having served as an agent and Office Manager for the Southwest Region of offices from Dodgeville to Prairie du Chien, Spring Green, Mineral Point and Platteville.

First Weber Inc has named Nancy K Smith to the position of Executive Director of the First Weber Foundation.
Smith has been a licensed Wisconsin REALTOR since 1997 and joined First Weber Inc in 2001. Smith has been active with the REALTORS Assn of South Central Wisconsin and has been acknowledged for both her production and her contributions as a REALTOR member and volunteer. Smith has served on the Boards of Directors of the REALTOR Assn of South Central Wisconsin, REALTOR Assn of Southwest Wisconsin, Iowa County Humane Society, Family Advocates and the Dodgeville Area Chamber of Commerce, as well as a past member of the Iowa County Economic Development Committee and the City of Dodgeville Economic Development Committee.
In 2021 Smith completed a digital marketing certification program offered by the University of Wisconsin-Madison as a way to better promote the agents and offices of First Weber and the non-profits they serve.
